In its original condition
Includes all original tags, screws, accessories, and packaging
Resalable with no signs of wear, installation, or damage

Please note that Artehoma is not responsible for return shipping charges, courier fees, or any customs/duty fees for international returns.

All returned products must be securely packed in the original box and protective materials to prevent any transit damage.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as Artehoma will not be liable for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
