This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Artehoma for customers in India and worldwide.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Artehoma.com are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods, promotional events, or unforeseen logistical delays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping Partners

We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and other reliable logistics networks based on service availability for your pin code.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on most prepaid orders.
  • COD Charges: Additional fees may apply for Cash on Delivery orders (if COD is available for your location).
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–7 working days
  • Remote / Difficult-to-access Areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on serviceability, weather conditions, courier delays, or festive seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email or phone.
You can track your shipment in real-time until delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and pincode are accurate.
Artehoma is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

International Shipping (Worldwide)

Artehoma ships internationally to multiple countries through reliable global logistics partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Aramex, India Post International).

International Shipping Charges

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Weight & dimensions of the parcel
  • Carrier pricing

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the customer.

International Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Asia & Middle East: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • USA, Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days
  • Remote & Island Nations: 12–25 business days

Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, international transit issues, or local courier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Each country has its own regulations for imported goods.
Any customs duties, clearance fees, or taxes charged by your local authority must be paid by the customer.

If the customer refuses to pay duties or accept the parcel, Artehoma cannot issue a refund for shipping charges or return costs.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders can be cancelled or modified before shipping.
Once shipped, no changes can be made to the order details, including:

  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Product selection
  • Payment mode

Contact us immediately if you wish to modify your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  1. Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.
  2. Provide images or proof (in case of damage).
  3. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with resolution.

Artehoma is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier issues, weather, or local disruptions.

Undeliverable or RTO (Return to Origin)

An order may be returned to us if:

  • The courier is unable to reach the customer
  • The address is incorrect
  • The customer is unavailable
  • Delivery was attempted multiple times
  • The customer rejected the parcel

For prepaid orders, we will re-ship after verifying the address; additional shipping charges may apply.

For COD orders, future COD orders may be restricted.
